Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I've had a margarita waiting for Mel for like a year now but she won't come get it!
Danielle (dls.1215) and I met back in July of 2009 at a NH Knottie GTG and have been friends ever since! Once we found out we were both getting married on the same day, we just clicked. We, along with 4 other NH Knotties, get together at least once a month for dinner/drinks and have all become close 'real' friends! Even though she's moved to MD, we still stay close.

I met an old knottie who had to cancel her wedding because her then soon to be MIL sucks! Her name was bex33 aka Becki. She's a blast to hang out with! We met up in Chicago:
Shaun and I were supposed to make a trip out to see her (she lives in NJ) this fall but our bathroom remodel drained our travel fund

I wondered what happened to her!! We were friends on facebook and chatted but then she disappeared. I'm sorry she had to cancel her wedding! How is she doing now?
I've met Breanne and she was lovely to meet in person! No photos though... Boo
I've met 2 Nesties!
I met Cass on our honeymoon in Germany!! They were getting ready to head to Scotland for THEIR wedding and stopped to have dinner with us. It was so awesome!!
I also met Danielle (dls.1215) at a Red Sox game last season. I think there might be a picture of the two of us somewhere but I'm not sure if I can find it on Facebook....

There have been a good number of replies with a bunch of flexibility, and those in the mid atlantic and NE area who havent sent me info got a gentle request on FB to get their info to me this week so we can set a date (or two from the looks of it :-) )

Not yet, but I'm definitely hoping to!! Barb isn't far but we won't be in Chi Town until my 40th birthday, 11 months from now (LOL).
@Mel - I miss Becki on FB. She was on my friends list too and I haven't seen her in forever! I didn't even know she had cancelled her wedding!
And anyone close to Pittsburgh I'd love to meet up but it's so hard when I have 120 cousins to contend with over just a measly weekend. Now tht DH has more vacation time I'm hoping we can get there more often and stay longer over reunion weeks!!!
Actually as I look closer I look not so hot in this picture, maybe slightly drunk haha...was this the night of the 2 pitchers of Sangria? That might have something to do with it

No, I'm the loner in NE. Kim (Minnick) and I actually used the same venue for our receptions, and she grew up only 20 minutes from where I did, but we still have never met in real life. Probably been at the same bar a few times and never known it! : )
I TRIED to see Mel when I was in Green Bay...but someone just had to have other plans that day. Haha. JK! : )
And Jeni...well, this is just getting pathetic...
As for Rachel...where is MY margarita????
I may come up to New York in the spring with my sisters, mom and grandma, and I told them that if we go, there are a bunch of you ladies up there that if it works out I will be spending an evening at a great NYC restaurant with you ladies!!!
I make them by the pitcher, dont' worry. Plenty for everyone!
