The heat needs to go away
Does anyone else feel like running away from Texas for the summer? I've lived here my whole life, yet it never fails....once summer hits, it makes me want to uproot!
Any ideas for a mini vacation in a cooler climate?!

I don't mind it as long as I can be in a pool or in the shade. But sitting directly in the sun, no, that's not enjoyable!
DITTO this. I can't stand the cold. At all. Blah. That's why I live in Texas where we have a sorry excuse for a winter and I love it that way. I love everything about summer.
