Anyone watch Miss USA last night?
All I can say is wow!
I feel like the pageant gets a bit trashier each year.
And did anyone hear Miss Tennessee answer her question completely wrong twice? The first they asked her about her experience studying in France and she talked about filling out her application? Second that asked about people burning the Qur'an and she talked about the American flag instead (it was I guess an honest mistake because they mentioned the American flag during her question.)
I thought it was a disappointing night.
Re: Anyone watch Miss USA last night?
Totally forgot it was on last night. Guess I didn't miss much.

Haha! This!
Late to the party, but I definitely watched! DH and I love pageants. We like to guess what their scores will be and are big fans of laughing at people who answer questions terribly.
The Qu'ran question was awful. "Do you think people should be banned from burning any religious artifact, like they are the American flag?" When she answered "Absolutely not!" so quickly I was thinking, oh, my goodness, we have a girl who is going to speak her mind instead of just repeating the question! ...but no, even worse, she was completely confused as to the question. California's answer about legalizing marijuana was just as good. She repeated the words in the question 14 times. I'm kind of glad she won, though...red hair 4 eva!
