Interview went well, it was pretty laid back, more informative of the organization. We'd already had an impromptu phone interview on Friday.

The organization consists of 3 employees in Seattle, I'd be replacing one of those positions and 6-8 employees at a location overseas. At the end of the interview he told me his gut reaction is that this could be a perfect fit, but he had one previously scheduled interview to conduct later this week. We then started talking timelines since I'd need to give a 2 weeks notice and he said he'd be sure to let me know by Friday, since he's traveling some of the beginning of July and the timelines could match up perfectly.
