Tell Us Something Good
I don't know if any of you have Sirius, but I listen to Hits 1 on my way to work every day. On Tuesdays they do "Tell Us Something Good, Cuz Thats What We Want to Hear".
I know we do what we are thankful for typically, but this is where you can post something good, that makes you happy, that you are proud of. No need to be proper and thankful, whats something that makes you smile today!

I will post it to the blog - but I have it printed at home. I have a bunch of new recipes to put on there ...turkey burgers w zucchini, an orzo pasta salad that was AMAZING for a summer bbq, and the cheesecakes. I promise I'll post them all soon!
ETA: I found the website that I got the cheesecake recipe from - so I posted it to the blog! If I can find the rest, I'll do them right now! If not, when I get home
Hmm...I made a kielbasa pasta thing last night that turned out really great, and I totally just made it up as I went. Even used the lite kielbasa, and Jeff didn't even know it...how yea! : )
I get to see my three nieces on Friday!!! I am spending the weekend up there as both Jeff and my BIL are going on golf outings (separately), so I told her I would come up and help out/hang out. I am actually getting off of work early on Friday so I can hit up a couple of stores when I get to Omaha. Yay!
I had gained a few pounds back last Monday, and when I weighed myself Saturday morning, I was down 5 since that Monday! So, down 13 total! : ) It is slow but working. I have noticed major inches coming off though. Still have about 30 lbs to go, but I'm happy that I am going in the right direction!
My oldest sister's family moves back to Nebraska in a week from Friday!!!! I seriously cannot handle this! She has not been living here since I was a freshman in high school (so over 10 years ago). She sent me and my other sister a message on Facebook the other day that said she can't wait for summer and "for us to start the rest of our lives." I seriously am crying thinking about it!

eeeeek! What kind? I'm so jealous!
My three cats make me happy. Last week when I was really sad, they all took turns curling up next to me to comfort me (and they don't usually do that too much). 8-Ball is our Maine *** cat, so she has long black hair. Even though I brush her, her fur gets all matted and gross, plus she gets really hot, so we get her shaved once or twice a year. DH took her in to the groomer yesterday. She looks ridiculous so I laugh everytime I see her. She looks like this (from the last time she got shaved)...
I'm SO happy DH loved his plane model gift! I mean he is not one to gush over a gift but he seemed really excited and enjoying it. I think that's the best present I gave him yet!
@Danie- awww thats so sweet about your sister, I'm teary eyed thinking about it!
@Lori- I had a Maine co0n too when I was a kid, she had stripes like a racoon.That picture is too funny!!
Oh and I'm happily sitting in a class at the conference and able to keep up here with you.
