Is the place y'all stay in GB strictly timeshare or do they do weekly rentals as well.
The place we usually stay is booked so I am scrambling to find some where reasonable to stay.
Re: **MrsJason**
oh n/m.
jus tlooked it up. They don't have boat slips that I can see.
No, they do have boat slips. There is a Marina side and a Beach side.
I *think* they do have weekly rentals. That's how we got 32 people over there, LOL. Let me ask my how to go about renting a unit. I will get back with you shortly!

Ok, I just got off the phone with my mom. What are the dates you are going again?
She said that they do have units to rent for non time share holders but if you rent a time share as a non-owner you have to pay the taxes. I think it is $15 per person, per day.
She said if the dates are right and there is a unit available she can use her owner status to rent the unit (she has a ton of weeks per year to use). You will have to pay cleaning fees (I think that's what they are called) which will come out to $500-$600 per week (per unit). But the week we are going, it is July 4th week and our fees were $650 per unit.
Also, she has one bedroom and two bedroom units. I would assume you would need a two bedroom unit?
Anyway let me know! She said she would be happy to let you use the week as long as you pay the fees!

We will arrive July 30th, leave Aug 6th.
So.. what will the cost be for the week? Besides the boat slip.
2 bedroom unit for $649.00
1 bedroom unit for $599.00
If you are interested let me know, my mom says the deals can go quickly especially so close in date. We can figure out the money thing once you decide!

Okey dokey. BTW, they have shuttles that run multiple times a day to and from Port Lucaya. I don't know if you were concerned about that or not
Oh, and if you have any questions about the resort let me know!
