Get ready to be Aunts again!
My protein level was up to 510 and my BP is still slightly elevated. We are going in at 4 pm tomorrow to start Cervadil and then we will start the induction process Thursday AM. We should have a baby by the end of Thursday, which is my grandparents 57th wedding anniversary!
I'm trying not to freak out about all of the stuff that needs to get done between now and then!
I can't wait to 'introduce' you ladies to our little man :-)

Re: Appt update
Hmm.... I don't have someone updating.
If someone wants to do it they can send me a PM or a FB message (since I'm friends with a few ladies)
Oh, this isn't out on FB yet... still trying to get info to my family (you guys found out before the bio- aunts and uncles!)
Kate's Recipe Box || Relatively Bookish
I can update for you. I'll PM you.
Yay..induction is boring...if they offer you a sleep aid at night, take it...I thought I'd be able to sleep but I was so pumped..and first night with baby there's no sleep.
I wouldn't eat a ton before because once I started dilating I started puking -- which evidently is a good sign. I would be talking and having a normal conversation and then a contraction would come and it would be all over...ob says puking is nature's way of pushing..and if you look at the print out from the monitor when you puke its pretty neat.

I know who I get my health advice from!
What are you looking at?
A couple of things:
Don't eat Mexican until after LO is here.
Get ready for nurses to come in like they're storming Normandy Beach at 2:00 in the morning to check your vitals...
Now that I am actually going through other responses.. THIS THIS THIS! Just keep in mind that inductions can take up to 3 days (I should know) I know it will be hard to get sleep tonight, but try your hardest to get as much as possibly in case you're in for the long haul. As for eating, stick with something simple. Drugs like morphine can make you really nauseous, but it is still good to have something in your belly
LOL So true! Your descriptions are always awesome Cristin!
