For those of you with uber-organized pantries, how do you store your potato/tortilla chips. In plastic storage containers, baskets, or perhaps something else?
Also do you have specific groupings for your items? Pastas, desserts, healthy snacks etc? If so what are they. Thanks!
Re: Pantry organizing
I can't really help with the chips thing because we don't keep them in the house. As for as the other things go, I absolutely have groupings. I do coupon shopping, so it's necessary. I have an area for condiments (salad dressing, ketchup, mayo, etc), snacks (peanut butter, Triscuits, and the occasional sugar free candy), drinks (Crystal Light, tea), cooking necessities (spices, oils), canned. Dry beans are rubber-banded and in a small container.
Now that I think about it, my pantry is ridiculous. At least I don't have labels facing forward and alphabetized.

We have a tiny pantry and lots of food, so organization is a must! For chips, I take them out of the big bags and put them into little Zip-locs, so I can grab a bag and put it in my lunch box when I'm making lunch in the morning. Then all the little Zip-locs are put into a cute basket. And on the "snack" shelf of the pantry.
My pantry is organized like this:
Top shelf (I can't reach this shelf, hence there's no food up there!): medicine (you shouldn't keep it in the bathroom!), plant food, scrabble (lol)
Second: "real food" - all of our baking stuff is in a basket, all of our sauces/spices are in a basket, etc, and everything is labelled
Third: We keep our Zip-locs, tinfoil, etc in a basket, as well as a large box of snack-size Pringles
Fourth: Snack shelf! Popcorn stuff, snacks, chips, etc
Fifth: Canned veggies and soups
