I haven't tried Angelos. Sometimes those places are the real gems!
I went for my b-day last year. I didn't like it. I found the food ok, nothing special. The service was so slw that I didn't order dessert. I was afraid I'd be there another 2 hrs if I wanted dessert. We were there on a week night so it was not that busy.
