Interesting concept, but absolutely no way I'd eat it.
Maybe if you could do it with chunks of tomato or something...
It looks gross. But, I may add it to my arsenal of Halloween snacks for my neices. They trick-or-treat in my neighborhood and I always make "gross" snacks for before they head out.
