LB &/or Lucky

Any wines that are super low in points? Work sucks and I am blowing to many points on b.s. stuff trying to avoid drinking.

Re: LB &/or Lucky

  • I'm not sure about whites, but pinot noir is the lowest calorie red that I could find.

I thought all wines would be about the same WW points (0g fat/~3-5g carbs/0 fiber/0 protein) so I went to input it into the calculator... and all glasses of all types of wine are coming up zero points.  A bottle is two points.  WW point calculator fail.

  • Yeah...the WW calculator doesn't accurately calculate alcohol. They assign alcohol extra points due to alcohol sugar or something like that. I just search for the closest thing I can find and go from there. I honestly don't know of anything that's especially low in points compared to others. They're really trying to discourage alcohol in general, or at least suggest it in moderation since the new focus is on a healthy lifestyle and not just eating whatever you can that fits into your points. It sucks in my opinion but I try to save as many of my weekly points for alcohol as possible.
