Maid Services
Does anyone have suggestions on maid services? I am considering getting someone to just come in once for a deep cleaning (windows, all the nooks and crannies, carpet, walls) as a treat to myself - especially if we put our house up on the market soon. Or, even if you use someone local - not with a corporation that is looking for an extra job - I always like helping out an individual versus a company if they have a good reputation and need it. (I'm in the Dearborn Heights area)
I am hoping one morning I wake up to check my email and see a Groupon deal for maid services! Ha.

Heh, ok thanks! I thought I had seen it asked here before but for some reason I can NOT figure out the search function on this site!
Man, won't it be the day when we all can have someone cleaning, cooking, and picking up after us
I use HomePride Cleaning. They are a small company out of Dearborn, but they've always done a really great job and I am totally comfortable with having them in my house.
That is a great idea - but it's sad we don't talk to our neighbors too much - the ones we are close with I am certain they don't use anyone. I work from home most days and never have seen a 'maid' at any of the neighbors in spying distance (heh). I am looking forward to living in a neighborhood someday with people more our age/lifestyles.
