I've been having a REALLY hard time sleeping with DH...I can fall asleep just fine but then something wakes me up...his snoring or thunder or whatever. It is getting REALLY annoying and I don't take it out on DH because I'm not bitter or anything about it, but I am mad at myself. Plus, after the day I had yesterday (kid choking n the bus, staff fighting with each other, pot luck lunch, running around the house with tornado sirens going off) I would sleep well...so I even stayed up later to see if that worked. Nope, I was asleep by 11, DH came to bed at 12:30 and I was up at 1:30 and walking around then finally down on the couch at 1:45.
Sigh.
Re: WTF
Barb that stinks!
Last night around 1 a.m. I wake up to DH going SH*T SH*T SH*T SH*T and then screaming at me to get up and leave the bedroom. I had no idea what the F was going on, but obliged his orders and left the room followed by the dog and DH. He's still screaming SH*T and talking about how there are spiders everywhere. Okay now I realize this is a flipping dream and finally snap him out of it. I did make him go back in the bedroom to confirm there were no spiders though.
Yeah that's not really a WTF but I had to share.

Wow...what a bad dream for it to have seemed so real to him! Glad you were able to remain focused and calm him down. I have had a dream (or more like a nightmare) or two that seemed so real that I was in the dream hoping to just wake up! No fun, that...
@Barb - Try reading at night. It puts me out faster than anything! Especially if I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep (Jeff is a HORRIBLE snorer).
@Rach - Jeff used to get night terrors (awake and still having a nightmare). They were really bad for a while, and one time he thought someone grabbed his foot, but it was my foot lightly touching him, and he kicked as hard as he could and almost broke my ankle. No joke. They eventually stopped, but that can be scary!
My WTF is my cellulite on my thighs. I am not that overweight, have very muscular legs, but when I stand I can see all kinds of cellulite on my entire thighs. Any advice on helping atleast diminish the look of it???
WTF - I just got shut off (so I don't get anymore new claims) at work but then my boss told me he has to reassign some claims b/c 2 people called out. W-T-F

Try a lil valerian root - it used to help me sleep and is all natural - you can get it at most drug/vitamin stores. and don't look at the time! we have no illuminated clocks and that helps soooo much! if you do just turn it away and you won't be stressing out over what time it is and how much more time you have to sleep! good luck!
as for my WTF - ... i don't really have one... lol - spirits are high as it is the last day of school! i'm sure friday when i crammed in 10,000 things to do I won't be so cheery...

whyTF are people so freaking lazy?! My one coworker seems to just pawn sh!t off on everyone else. I cannot stand how she pushes things off on people. I just got a little ugly with her. I couldn't help myself when she said she wasn't told that she had to do anything with an integral part of our admission process (new thing we're doing) even though she does the admissions for all new clients. WHY would you be exempt from that?! IDIOT!! Ok...sorry. I just want to explode some days.

When re-reading this...I came off really harsh. Sorry about that! I just was totally in the moment! :sigh:
@Barb: Try melatonin (some of my friends with insomnia say it really helps) or working out 1 hr before you go to bed (this always works for me!)
Okay, my turn: YTF am I so exhausted! I mean really really exhausted! I don't feel sick, I've had enough sleep, I even tried to working out more in the morning to get my blood flowing - all these things usually work! But I can't seem to shake it! If this carries through to next week, I'm going to student health! Last time I felt like this, it was mono
