Anyone doing a CSA this year?
Because of the weird weather, our first pickup was last night, almost a month later than normal. I love hearing what others get from their farms-
This week we got a ton of lettuce, swiss chard, broccoli, mixed greens, kale and some garlic scapes. I need to get looking at recipes-

which farm did you go through?
Kilpatrick. I think the farm is in Argyle, but we pick up in Saratoga.
We had our first pick up today- isn't it pretty!?!?! We got strawberries, lettuce, swiss chard, beets, bok choy and garlic scapes.
I'm jealous of your strawberries and beets! Our farm doesn't do fruit yet, but beets should be coming soon.
What CSA do you go to?
We went through The Good Food Collective and pick up at the South Wedge Farmers Market. Did you do Mud Creek again this year? Erin is one of the farmers that contributes to ours.
Yes we did Mud Creek- GFC has a pickup right across from my office so I was thrilled that some of my coworkers are giving it a try this year (farm pickup was putting off many of them). We love Farmer Erin- she's really expanded her farm and is doing such a great job! Next year I'd love to do the fruit and/or coffee share through GFC.
I'm late but we're doing a CSA this year- yesterday was our 3rd pick up...
