Just great
So another part of our flat roof started leaking on Monday. The old owners had a woodstove in the family room, and when they removed it, they basically left the hole in the ceiling and just sealed it. The stovepipe even sticks out of the top, and there is a bucket hanging on top of it to keep water out. Well, it's getting in somewhere and leaking into the house. So someone is coming out to look at it and give us an estimate today.
Because replacing a roof is exactly what I want to do one month before baby comes. FML.
