How does your portable DVD player attach to the headrest? PIP

I've had this portable DVD player for years but have never hung it from the headrest. I put it back in the case to put it in the car, but I am having trouble believing it won't just fall out once the car starts moving. This is what it looks like. Does yours have a case like this and does it really stay? Or am I doing something wrong? (Of course I've long since lost the manual)

Thanks

ETA: In case it's not quite clear, the black band across the middle is wide elastic and all that's holding it on at the bottom corners is a piece of thin elastic and a cord (just running next to each other) on each side. There is a heavy velcro strap on the backside of this contraption to go around the headrest.

  • Ours has a second strap that clips at the bottom on each side at the O rings. Right next to where yours has the bottom elastic to hold the DVD player. We hook each end in those and put the top of the loop over the headrest. That keeps the bottom of the DVD player perpendicular to the seat so it sits like an L on the back of the seat. Clear as mud?

Yeah, I think I get what you're saying. This is all mine came with. I think having the player perpendicular would put it within reach of Nicholas' feet, so this is probably a good thing. I went ahead and hung it on the seat and DH ran to the store and didn't even realize it was there, so I think it'll be ok. The wide piece of elastic seems to be doing a good job.

Now, to pick out movies :)
