Power is out...may take days to restore :(
We had crazy storms last night. Tornado sirens went off multiple times so we had to get the babies up and go into the bathroom (we dont have a basement). Luckily no tornado touched down, but it looks like a war zone in my neighborhood with downed tree branches and split trees. The power went out around 8:45pm last night and it's still not back on and we are being told it may take days for it to be restored 
Hopefully that is not the case, but in the mean time, we packed up and drove to my parents house this morning. Just a little fieldtrip, without a timeline...

Yes it sure does stink! Glad your friend still has power. There are over 300,000 households/businesses without power!
No, we are not in Chicago. We are in a western suburb. Western and northern suburbs got hit the hardest.
