stitchers, a ? re framing
I have a cute cross stitch my mom did for us when C was born. A year later and its still not framed. Am I supposed to do something special to frame it? Someplace special I should take it? Thanks!
Re: stitchers, a ? re framing
So Tasty, So Yummy
I don't get my cleaned unless they have a spot or something on them. And the level of attachment I feel the to the piece depends on where I frame it.
For example, the piece I did of the Century Tree and our proposal date that took me 8 months to stitch, that got taken to a woman who owns a frame shop & does stitching herself. (I can send you information for her if you're interested.)
For stuff that I don't care if it's preserved at an heirloom quality, I just take to Michael's or Hobby Lobby & use a coupon.
