I was flagging in my health goals, so I revamped. Feel free to share yours here if you've done the same or if you need to recommit!
- Gym 3-4x a week
- Dog walk 3x a week
- handweights/squats/etc. in front of TV on non-gym days
- strive for 8 hours of sleep a night
- Take steps at train station instead of escalator
- No ice cream or chips during the week
Re: To your health
1) SLEEP (why oh why have i been staying up til 11 for no reason for months now???)
2) run half marathon
3) run half marathon in under 2:15
4) add strength/weights back into my training schedule at least once a week
5) stick with WW to lose another 30 lbs by the end of 2011 (ideally, 15 more down by sept.)
Blog
1. No soda.
2. No eating after 7
3. Sleep goal for me also. Need to be out by 10 at the latest.
4. Run at least 3 times a week.
5. Portion control.
6. After sleep has been acheived and I no longer want to nap every 2 hrs like an infant I will be strength training at the gym in the a.m.
1. Not gain a ton of weight with baby. (I'm already a big girl).
2. Once nausea and upset stomach leaves, get out and walk 3-4 times a week.
3. (this is my own personal "health" goal) Pysch myself up to breastfeed which would be beneficial to the baby AND help me lose weight.
The problem I'm having is the girls are so sore now, I can't imagine having anything attached to them!
This is all I have right now!
1. Butt clenches in the car - whenever I am in the car
2. Try to take at least one yoga class a week (start next week)
3. Talk one long walk in the park at least once a week.
4. Stop planning to start exercising and start doing

DH:30, with super sperm? >200mil post wash

Suprise BFP Jan 15 2013. Hope this one sticks!
1. Eat less, and eat better foods
2. Stop being lazy and defaulting to fast food
3. Force myself to go to yoga and zumba no matter how tired I am after work
4. Sleep. Earlier and at least 8 hours a night
5. Take the stairs instead of elevator
6. Exercises in front of the TV - squats, push ups, tricep dips, etc.
