This trial is r"eeee"diculous.
Just excuse the witness. He obviously can't provide you with whatever information your attempting to get out of him.
I would also appreciate if they could end the forensic blah blah blah witnesses and bring on CA's mom...and preferable CA!
Re: This trial is r"eeee"diculous.
I also just have it on in the background right now.
I am still LOL'ing at this woman trying to pronounce these chemicals.
Yea, I am from NY we say Reeeeediculous...lol
Oh my goodness. I can't take much more of this.
I have said it a million times but I don't understand this defense. I have a feeling they have lost the jury too. Bring on Cindy Anthony. Or Roy Kronk. Or George Anthony.
I am anxious to hear the defense's time line of events. Not this scientific crap.
Baby Macy is here!

Lol!
I agree 100% The jury is bored and lost. At least I am.
The back and forth between the prosecution and the defense makes for a big waste of time also. Even if this guy had something good to say, we would all miss it.
Where in NY are you from? I grew up in the ADKs and went to college in Oswego.
The scientific stuff is important, though. The prosecution presented a lot of forensic science stuff as well, and that is basically all they are building their case on. It's important for the defense to poke holes in that information, and I think that (whenever the witness is able to actually speak) they have been able to show that scientific stuff presented as "fact" by the state may actually be open to interpretation here and there. Whether or not the jury is catching that in between objections, though, is another question.
IMO, one of Baez's biggest downfalls seems to be that he made it seem like his presentation would be all soap-opera-worthy stuff, so people are just waiting for the sensationalism, but the boring stuff is actually pretty important. I'm sure the jury is tired of it, too, but what I've been reading seems to indicate that they are paying attention and taking notes, which is good.
I know the objections are important too but I'm getting frustrated that we're not getting anywhere. I feel like I'm watching an important football game and they keep calling penalties. Just let 'em play, ref! Haha.
