GGTG - September 17th - Tentative Roll Call
Looks like we have a date that will work for nearly everyone wishing to attend. So, mark your calendars! Saturday, September 17th to September 18th.
Please respond to this thread if you plan on staying the night (and subsequently are willing to cough up your share of the hotel bill) or if you just plan to attend the daily festivities (for you - free of charge 
).
I know things can change between now and then, but if you plan on staying the night, we might want a little firmer yes for hotel bookings purposes.
I'll update the top here with the tentative roll call. This will help determine the number of rooms to book at the hotel.

We were told we would be moved in by Sept! As long as that is still the case, I would love to be there. Probably not for the overnight though.
But I would consider the overnight if we are moved in by the beginning of Sept and can possibly meet up with some ladies before then.
I know you want a firm answer, but can I be a maybe? I haven't booked my tickets yet and I will be doing it shortly. Also, that is the weekend of my anniversary and if my H is in FL at the same time I suppose I should do something with him? Ha. Maybe I will hang with you guys instead....
But if I am coming I will be an overnighter.

I'm a complete maybe. If I did come, I'd want to stay overnight so I wouldn't have to drive back to Sarasota. Just would have to make sure H doesn't have any work stuff going on that would interfere with kid watching. But I can't commit yet.
My silly Lily is almost 4.
I can't speak for everyone, but the super duper grand get together, in my mind, does not involve children.
But I hope your STBXH can watch your girl, and you can make it.
