Breakfast - 1.5 pieces whole grain wheat toast w/pb & jelly, 8oz skim milk
coffee
Snack - Athenos peach greek yogurt
Lunch - banana, pita and bell pepper w/hummus; 2 s'mores cookies
Snack - 1 cup fruit salad (cantelope, strawberries, grapes), quaker granola bar
Dinner - 6oz grilled chicken on bun, few bites rice (DH made a packaged flavor kind I hate), 1/2 cup cantelope, 1 s'mores cookie for dessert
oh and a few sharp cheddar cheese sample cubes at the grocery store.
Exercise - 3mi run and mile dog walk

snack - 1 1/2 bananas
lunch - egg salad on white bread w lettuce, lettuce & zucchini w garlic parmesean dressing
snack - mini twix
dinner - wrap with provolone, sprouts, onions, carrots and honey mustard dressing
snack - red velvet cake (the last from my birthday, waaa)
water all day
exercise - 20 minute run at 5am, omg it was so humid already!
