The biggest problem I see with that house is the street name. As someone who lives on a street that 4 years later I (and everyone else I've met) can't pronounce, it's a PITA.

I can tell you how I think it's pronounced, but I really have no idea.

When my GPS tells me how to get to your house (or pretty much anywhere else in Katy) S. Fry sounds like "Assfairy". I know how to get to your house now, but I still put it in my GPS just so I can hear "in 2 miles turn right on assfairy"

DH: Call Gerry (pronounced Jerry)
