We get the keys TODAY!!!
...to our new house!!! I'm so excited I could barely sleep last night!!! So I get to go use my groupon for a foot spa session, then meet with everyone for closing, then start lugging boxes!!
We didn't hire movers or a truck because H is convinced that, since we're only moving 10 minutes away, we can do it all ourselves with several back-and-forth trips. (He has a pickup truck; I have a TINY sub-compact hatchback! <--someone actually asked me once if it was a smart car!) I think he's out of his mind but we're gonna try it. Wish us luck!!!

We have one trip left....oh, and we have to unload our bed from H's truck, but we're doing that in the morning because we're both exhausted so every recent attempt to move anything large has resulted in a minor tiff. We've been sleeping on an air mattress - got a new bed coming Tuesday anyway; old one will be in the guest room. I did get H to agree to hire movers next time!!! I think we've officially reached the "too much stuff" point - especially since we've got three deliveries of NEW stuff coming too!!!
I feel like I just ran the Flying Pig. TWICE. While giving a midget a piggyback ride and getting kicked in the knees.
