Hoarders?? help!
Good Morning!
Ok it?s a long story but my mom has a neighbor who is super gross and a hoarder animal control has been called and nothing, is there anywhere else we should call?
I?m on the city of Tampa page but not finding anything!

Both, his yard is overgrown with random things like car parts etc..
But the worst is the animals he has a lot of dead ducks the smell is terrible and now rats are coming.
We called animal control and were told there is a complaint out on that house but nothing has happene.
Code enforcement? Is there stuff outside the house? Building inspector?
Report this person for multiple code violations as well, concerning the property:
