Man, I haven't worked a Friday in a LONG time...
Today: picking up Sam from daycare, then she, my sister, and I are going to the mall to kill some time before I pick up Chris from work, and then I'm going to help my friend make a cake for our friends' son's 1st birthday party.
Saturday: Spa Day!!! I got a BuyWithMe from my husband for a massage, facial, and pedicure for this salon I love, so I'm going to get a few hours to myself, and it will be nice. Also, what he doesn't know, is that I'm going to sneak into Boston for a consulation with the photog who's going to be doing my b-pics for his anniversary present! ;D
Sunday: Above-mentioned friends' son's first birthday party. I really hope the weather gets better so that the babies can play in the pool! Also going to be seeing "that" group of people... and this will be the first time any of them have seen Sam, so this could be interesting...
ETA: Totally forgot!!! Sunday Chris and I are starting up Weight Watchers again! YAY!
Re: Weekend Plans
Tonight we're just going to relax at home, get takeout, watch True Grit. El seems to have a bit of a stomach bug so we need to keep her home.
Tomorrow we're driving to Russellville for Guy's Grandpa's 83rd birthday. We're supposed to have a cookout, but Papa Raymond has pneumonia, so I'm not sure if we still will. We will spend the night at MIL's house.
Sunday we'll have breakfast with the IL's and head out early. We will meet my mom for lunch on the way back. Hopefully we'll get back early enough for Guy to mow the lawn, because it desperately needs it. Sunday night we'll just relax.
Tonight- Try not to die.
Tomorrow- Sulk about my cancelled party and try not to die.
Sunday- Try not to die.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Tonight I have to go get my nails done because I broke one and it hurts. Then later we're going to pick up my friend at the airport.
Saturday I have to pick up a balloon order, then me & the friend are heading to the bridal shower that we're both bridesmaids for..it's going to be miserable. Her family has been heinous and the bride's attitude lately has been shocking. I'm not looking forward to it. AFTER the shower, we're doing the bachelorette party (since the friend is up from ATL, we wanted to do both things on one day so she didn't have to fly up twice). I am most looking forward to a quiet cab ride home.
Sunday I just want to get back to a routine..since we were away most of last week and got back late Sunday I feel like this week has been kind of a mess. So Sunday I want to clean, grocery shop etc and just BE.
Today: I took a "sick" day because my judge has been out of town all week and there is nothing else is my office to put away, go through or organize. So, instead of sitting around doing nothing at work I'm going to go and pick up my car, bake some carbomb cupcakes, going to visit the florist about centerpieces for my cousin's bridal shower, and then probably going to clean the bff's condo for them since baby Ethan came early and they're back in the hospital because of his jaundice and she is going to hate having people over without the place being clean.
Saturday: cleaning our house and doing laundry and at night going to a pizza party at a friend's place in the city.
Sunday: hopefully relaxing, maybe going and hanging out with baby Ethan and possibly going out to dinner to use a Groupon.
Aww, this made me sad.
Today - have the house to myself. Heading out shortly for more blood work (beta #2!), then relaxing and trying to finish my laundry (since I didn't finish it yesterday...). Meeting up with DH for dinner somewhere.
Sat/Sun - work
Monday - hopefully get beta back, DH and I are both off work so we'll see what kind of trouble we can get into.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Oh man
( I'm sorry that you're still not feeling better. I hope the weekend isn't too bad! (And that you don't die, obviously
)
Today: Just getting through the work day. I have 4 meetings, 2 of which are this afternoon. :::yawn:::
Tomorrow: My shower ! Our July & August are crazy with family stuff & weddings so my sister decided it was better to have it in June vs. Sept (in case I go early like she did). I can't stop stalking my registry. I serioulsy feel like I'm back stalking my wedding registry but this is funner !
Sunday: Hopefully buying her dresser. I know my Grandmother just gives cash/check for a shower gift so we have been planning on using that to buy it. Once we get that, the only thing left to do in the nursery is just random decorating & DIYs.

Today: finishing up some errands, prepping a bunch of food for the party tomorrow
Saturday: my big SP launch party! Having a ton of people over to celebrate. Ridiculous amounts of food, drink, and dessert. Debauchery surely to ensue.
Sunday: recovering!
today - running a million errands and working to get things ready for the garden tomorrow. we planted WAY more than we ever planted before and rotated crops so I am really excited to see the results. WE plan to do dinner on the Ohio river tonight and I am pretty excited about it.
Tomorrow- FARM time. All day. My mom is looking forward to cuddling with Charlotte while we play in the mud. we had a ton of rain this week so hopefully we wont be playing in the mud too long.
Sunday - typical laziness. Trip to the market and hopefully cleaning up our house.
I've been MIA, but it's been a lovely, relaxing week.
Today: last day at the beach
and Clint's birthday.
Saturday: unpack from this trip, do laundry, clean etc, then pack for the next trip.
Sunday: leave at 6am (ugh) for DC for a week-long conference.
I'm so sorry
