I was checking out when I'd be on my period next and realized that it will be arriving July 31..which is the day after we get to the bahamas. This is SUPER inconvenient. We are literally on the boat for 9, 10, 11hrs a day. There is no where to uh..y'know.. Well, I guess in the center console, but hello unsanitary as anything..
I have BC that I stopped taking, but I'm considering restarting it to make my period arrive later.. I know it's probably not a wise idea, but being on my period while we are there is bad.

Heck I would do it. I was notorious for going right on to my next pack to postpone my period if it wasn't convenient to have it when it was due to come. (this also began after getting the okay from my GYN)

You quit BC totally - like you don't have any other form of contraception going on right now, right? If so, I don't see why not. It's no different that if you just started taking BCP. Just don't RELY on that, b/c you never know what it's going to do to your period schedule.
That really sucks.
We use condoms..is that what you were asking? I'm totally TTA right now. I quit BC after 3 weeks because it made me seriously CRAy CRAY.. But, I can deal with cray cray for a few weeks if it means I don't have to have my period while we are gone.
