So, I am a HUGE bread lover. Have been my whole life... Apparently at age 2, I ate a whole basket of rolls during the prayer at my great grandparents anniversary dinner. Anyhow, with Margots food allergies, I haven't been able to eat any bread due to them all having egg and/or wheat. Well, I can eat a few of the rice breads, but they're pretty dry and gross... And cost $6.99 for a small loaf. That got old really fast. Anyhow, I found this recipe:

I got the ingredients this morning, baked it nervously this evening, and just ate my first slice. O.M.G. It is seriously delicious and I'm kind of a bread snob! You have no idea what this recipe is going to do for my life. Silly, yes, but I just had to tell someone!
