The girl in front of my in line at Starbucks had a tattoo on her neck that said "Cecelia" so for once I have a different song stuck in my head on a Friday, and I'm happy.
How is everyone today?
This weekend we've got a baseball tournament, so there's not much going on other than that, though I do need to figure out some clothes that fit to bring to Chicago (maybe shopping??).

Happy Friday! I have another busy weekend ahead of me (but aren't they all in the summer?) Tomorrow we have the farmer's market in the morning. I'll definitely be doing some shopping of my own while I'm there as the produce is really starting to pick up for the season. Then I have an afternoon housewarming party for a former classmate. Saturday evening we have a 40th birthday party for a friend. The party starts at a new restaurant that I've only been to once for lunch, so I'm very excited to eat there again.
Sunday will be the typical housework and laundry day. I'm hoping to get in some good sleep as well. My boss is on vacation all of next week, so I'm hoping that I'll be less stressed than usual and can really get caught up on my sleep.

My weekend will be spent working, boo. Tonight and Sunday night I'm on call.
I'm hoping to get to bed early tonight and not get called out of my sleep. I'm pretty exhausted and skipped the gym and slept in today. I think I've got fluid in my inner ear because I started feeling wonky and off balance at work yesterday. Hoping I feel better soon.
Tomorrow will be work, then hopefully the gym, dinner and church.

Good morning, all! So glad it's the weekend--the H and I are going out to dinner tonight, then we plan to spend a bunch of time at Barnes and Noble tomorrow just for fun. Sunday will probably be a low key kind of day.
I ran into a senior staff agency person on my way in today. She tells me she heard she's "supposed" to congratulate me and then says "You have no idea how great your next writing assignment was going to be!" Then she tells me the assignment and I'm like
. At least she didn't try too hard to get me to stay and offered to be a reference. Still, so out of touch!

Hey all!
It's drizzly and gloomy here, but I'm still so psyched it's Friday! Hoping to leave work a bit early, take some summer dresses over to a tailor to have them altered (another downside of having no boobs!), hit the farmer's market, get in a good yoga session (real yoga that is - H is out of town, haha), then probably relax for the rest of the night. This weekend I will be on my own, and I'm hoping to really get our apartment in great shape because my parents and at least one of my sisters are arriving next weekend and I won't have much time to clean during the week.
I love just browsing around the book store, coffee in hand. We haven't done that in a while, but it's always fun!

Today I hope to get in a work out. I've been feeling so much better.
Tonight I think Dh and I are going to see Cars 2. I have great memories of the first one. We saw that movie the day we got engaged. We love Pixar films.This weekend I am working so Saturday until 5 is a bust. I'm not sure what is going on afterwards. I do need to clean up my place. Sunday Dh's family is coming over and his grandpa and aunt are coming into town from St. Louis. Since they've never seen our place before I would like it to look good.
I'm sooooooo happy it's Friday! This week has been nuts. Today, I'm planning to work late in the hopes of preventing having to work most of the weekend. Tomorrow during the day I'm meeting up with mom. There's a lighting store near her having a big sale this weekend so I may stop by there to look at new bathroom lights. Sunday's my birthday and I'm getting together with some family and friends at a local bar to celebrate during the day.

Good morning! I'm so glad it's Friday. Traffic was horrendous this morning, which is not normal for a Friday here. Usually it's light because a large chunk of the Feds work a compressed schedule and are off and during the summer lots of folks bail on Thursday night. Anyway, off to a late start today.
Tomorrow we are getting up and going to the farmer's market come hell or high water. Then its normal errands and what not. I have a birthday gift to get in the mail so I'll need to do a little shopping for that. Hopefully we can find a little time to get to the pool.
Sunday we are going to the beer festival in Leesburg after church.

This afternoon I'm going to hit up Target and BB&B for some house stuff and a bridal shower gift. This evening I'm going to meet a craigslist seller about a coffee table I've had my eye on then probably go to dinner with DH somewhere.
Tomorrow we have a guy coming over to look at our sprinkler system since J and my dad couldn't get it working last weekend. The remainder of Saturday will probably be house and yard work.
Sunday we're heading to the mountains! J is going to fish and I'm going to lay by the river in the sun and read. Ahhh relaxing!

I was supposed to have the day off today, but since the weather is cold, windy, and rainy, I came to work. Way to much to do before month end. So blah.
My weekend is a busy one. I have a graduation party for my niece tomorrow, then a wedding. Yay for overnight sitters, so this mama is going to get some sleep!!!
Sunday we have another graduation party, and then I also need to find time to clean and do laundry at some point.

DH came home late last night from traveling all week. I was so happy to see him even if he did wake me up at 2am when he got home.
Still staring at my phone waiting for a yay or nay call on the job. DH wanted to make dinner reservations somewhere, but I told him I wasn't up for it until we knew what was going on because I might just want to mope around the house.
No real plans this weekend. Guess I should do some laundry since we're going to Portland for a blues festival next weekend.
Good Morning! We have a pretty low-key weekend planned. Tonight we are staying in and making dinner. Tomorrow, we have some friends who are thinking of moving to our town stopping by to see our house and the downtown area. We'll probably stop at a local bar for drinks.
DH is playing golf on Sunday, so I am meeting up with my girlfriends. We plan on laying outside, and possibly playing some beer pong and cornhole(?). Apparently it is what people from the mid-west call the bean bag game.

I was MIA yesterday. Preston's doc appt went great and he is healing nicely from surgery. Jordan had a blast at camp and is already asking if he can go back next year.
This weekend we are going to see cars 2 tomorrow, and sunday I am going to my BFF's houe to go swimming.
I have a full week this next week so I might not be on as much.
Tonight DH and I are going on a date. He is surprising me. I really need a night of just the two of us, this week has been exhausting. I am really looking forward to it.
