Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just ruined a coworker's day.. :(
Ooops.
I just ruined a spanish-speaking coworker's day. He was wearing a MN Vikings/Brett Favre t-shirt. I jokingly told him that I thought his Brett Favre t-shirt was no bueno.
He THOUGHT I said that his t-shirt was no bueno because he needed to wear a bra.
My spanish is not great. I tried to explain about the American Football player, it was a joke.. but he was pissed because he still thought that I told him to wear a bra. It took some translation before he understood what I had said. Of course, as soon as it was explained/translated, my GM came back to the break area and, as a huge Packer fan, commented on Jose's Brett Favre shirt. Poor timing. Jose understands some english, but apparently not as much as I thought he did.
Whoops.... 
I now know to not joke around with him...
