Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

roadtrip tomorrow ::little update:: :)
My niece's third birthday was this week, party on Saturday. It's a 2 and a half hour drive, but Nate and I are going. Rodgers isn't. I don't mind the drive itself, but if Nate isn't sleeping or snacking, he only lasts about 20 minutes in the car. Since we're leaving right after breakfast, I have no hopes that he will sleep on the way there, at least not the first half of the trip.
The van I'm driving (borrowing from my parents) has a VCR with a flip down screen. So I got some Elmo tapes from the library and turned his seat around forward facing. And we're going to stop for donuts on our way out of town (because, seriously, Mama needs a donut tomorrow). And I have Cheetos in case of meltdown.
Here's hoping we make it there without too much screaming!
