As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. I am totally for it--- and I'm Catholic. I look at from a legal (and not religious) standpoint.

People no matter color, creed or sexual orientation should enjoy the same basic freedoms. Crazy concept for some I know. Plus like Chris Rock said "Gay people got a right to be as miserable as everybody else."
Good for them, plus whats the worst that can happen, the divorce rate goes down?

I live in NY and literally did a little dance when I found out last night. I know so many AMAZING gay couples who have been together for decades who can now legally share their love and rights with each other. Equal rights, equal lives, equal love
)
Our officiant is gay and I'm so glad, that after joining so many people in marriage and celebrating their love, she can now celebrate hers with her partner... "Yes!!!!!!!!! I am so grateful that my home state of New York has finally affirmed the right of ALL residents to marry! Myself included ;-)" (That was her FB post last night) It just makes my heart sing!!!!
