Customer Service FAIL at Victorias Secret
I am still thinking about this and wanted to share.
I was at a local VS store last night looking for a beige bra. I found one that I liked and went to ask a SA if the price was right on the tag or if it was on sale. I went to her and said "Excuse me, can I ask you a question?" and she looked at me and put her finger up to me like almost in my face and said "Just a minute" then kept folding underwear. WTF. I was shocked. My friend was with me and just looked at me with her mouth open waiting for me to say something. I just stood there kind of confused. Another SA saw this and came over to me and asked if she could help me. I asked her my question, then headed to the dressing room area..and things got worse lol. I went into where the dressing rooms are and there was nobody in there. I hit the SERVICE button in there for someone to come out. A girl came and was very rude, didn't say anything, just opened a room then slammed the door behind me. Again my friend just looked at me, like WTF is going on. I start to try on the bra and realize that the size is wrong (it was in the wrong bin) I hit the SERVICE button again and wait for someone to come back. The same girl from before came in and asked what I needed. I asked her if she could get me this same bra in the same color in another size. She comes back with a different bra in a different color but the wrong size and tells me to try that one on for size. Um, what?? I know what size I want, I wanted to try on the bra I was purchasing to make sure I liked that color and style. My friend then went and got my the right bra. I go to pay (I really needed this bra, lol, otherwise I would have left) and I ask to see a manager, when the cashier points out the manager I realize that it was the girl who put her finger in my face. I then decided to not say anything to her and called CS when I got outside of the store. I had my friend look up the ph number on her phone. I called CS and explained everything to them. The CS offered me a $25 gift card. While that is very nice, that is not the reason I called. I explained to him that it was not necessary but he insisted, and assured me that this would be taken care of. I also requested a call back from the district manager. It seemed like everyone in this particular store was extremely rude. I love VS, but after that experience I am not sure if I will go back
