I am really disgusted with myself
I am completely out of shape.
I lost all my baby weight--unfortunately I gained 15-20lbs prior to getting pregnant.
I bought the 30 Day Shred yesterday. I almost died on level 1. I did it again today and it was much better today.
I used to work out 2x a day.
What happened to me? I am so sad. I need to get myself back in gear an get off this weight...
Re: I am really disgusted with myself
Robert is not even a year old - do you know how many people say " oh its just baby weight " like 5 years later ?
I know its tough, but don't beat yourself up.
Um... how could you lose all the baby weight in less than 4 months?! I still had some Nate weight when I got pregnant again after 11 months. Being pregnant again so soon, I think I'll be one of those perpetual "my extra weight is just baby weight" women. But, I am a lot stronger now than I've ever been. Having a baby is a great way to build upper body strength. They grow gradually enough that your muscles can grow with them.

Hang in there!!
Three months is not a lot of time to have a little extra baby weight, don't worry once he's mobile you'll have all the cardio you need running around after him.

Hang in there, Alyssa and give yourself a break.
...signed someone who will likely write this exact post 4 months from today.
So, JJ is 2 1/2, and I'm still a few pounds shy of my pre-pregnancy weight. But, I'm also lazy and get in my "exercise" by chasing him around. :P
I started 30 Day Shred again, and it definitely is a workout - but worth it. Don't beat yourself up too much...you'll get back to where you want to be in no time.
