CA was examined by 3 experts.
Dr. Daniel Tressler - examined CA late Saturday morning.
Dr. Harry McClarium - Qunicy, FL. examined CA on Saturday evening/Sunday
Dr. Ryan Hall - examined CA on Sunday.
(damn I should be a court reporter)
Both sides can use the reports by doctors, to determined the competency of the defendant.
The court rules that the defendant is COMPETENT to proceed.

Why is her competency a new issue? This should have been resolved long ago.
Is this what the big delay was for then? They wanted to see if she was "competent"?

I'm assuming this is what the delay was over. How stupid. But I guess JP has to let her be examined..otherwise it's probably grounds for a mistrial or something. Who knows..
If there is a mistrial I don't think I could continue to watch. This has already taken up to much of my time.

I never heard anything about this new powerpoint that Baez tried to bring into the court room. Anyone hear anything about that? I'm assuming the guy was depo'd on it..but is baez going to get into trouble for that?
someone asked what Casey would do if she goes free... She'll work for Baez. They can be skeevy together.(if he doesn't get disbarred).

I have no idea what constitutes a disbarrment...that's the gossip on HLN. Not that he will but that he/they will be investigated and it's a possibility... I guess anything is a possibility.
The bar can always SEEK disbarment, but unless the writing is on the wall in blood, it's going to be hard to get based on what I have seen thus far. Esp. if he hires a good firm.
ETA: Right now, the only thing I see is that Baez is a moron and IDK if that's worthy of disbarment. I have a wall of 300+ attorney files of moronic actions and not one is on the disbarment track.
