  • Painting the kitchen!!

I know I said that like 2 weeks ago, but this time it's actually happening.

  • leaving for Toronto soon with Kev, Nate and the IL's going to see some of Kevin's family.

Tonight we're going to Ruth's Chris for dinner. I've never been and I'm excited to try it. I've been saving all of my Weight Watchers activity points and weekly allowance for tonight/tomorrow lol.

Tomorrow I'm going with MIL to see Billy Elliot on Broadway. Should be an excellent show.

Coming back Wednesday. Then my Summer Vacation kicks in and I will have to find things to do to keep myself occupied.

Baby, you've got the sort of eyes that tell me tales...

Hopefully I get blood work back today. I think I will feel a little more secure after that.

Probably going over to my friend's house this afternoon while our husbands are at a meeting, so I'll get to play with my "practice toddler and practice newborn" as she calls them.

No real set plans this week, which is okay with me.

Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
  • I'm going to continue the theme of not dying into this week.

I've got a bunch of random stuff to figure out this week including my first Continuing Legal Education filing (carbon paper triplicate?  are you kidding me?) and still following up with doctors (hoping to avoid a third chest xray).

OH! And my Lupron should have been delivered to my doctor's office Friday afternoon, which should mean I'll start my 6 months of shots any day now!

  • I'm looking forward to Friday. Josh starts a week long vacation then, so it will be nice to have him home!

I'm also looking forward to (hopefully) getting some things in the mail that I ordered for the nursery like knobs for the furniture and fabric samples for the bedding and drapes.

  • Tomorrow Jon has second interviews with two companies. He's doing them back to back, which should make for a really long day so I'm going to try to make him something special for dinner. I hope one of these positions works out and he can be settled into a new position by the end of the summer. That would be very awesome.

Friday I think we're getting out of here around noon-ish to start the long weekend.

Saturday we have a bar crawl in Boston (if anyone in the area is interested, I'll send you the info :o)

Sunday is Jon's family's annual BBQ.

Monday is a day off but we have no particular plans.

  • We're leaving for Oregon tomorrow after work, where we'll be for the rest of the week! We'll be checking out neighborhoods in 4 different cities, maybe look at a few rental houses, and with any luck one or more of the places Jimi's already sent his resume to will call him for an interview.
  • Honestly, not much for this week.  Getting through it mostly....

definitely looking forward to a 4-day weekend!!! Camping up in the mountains with a bunch of friends.  Always a good time :)  Oh, and Devon, her H, and Colton are coming!  Yay for a Niner camping GTG!

then I have a 3-day week the following week, and a 5 day weekend after that b/c we'll be in STL.

I'm really digging this more off-time than work-time stuff.  Could really get used to that.

  • Yay Tuesday Mondays!

I really don't think there's much going on this week, and I'm OK with that...

Friday Sami and I are meeting Chris in town after work so we can go to the MFA for free and finally see the Chihuly exhibit!  Yeah, sure, there will probably be ridiculous lines, but if its a nice night out, and we can get in to see this gorgeous display of glasswork that everyone's been raving about, I can handle a crowd.
