House hunting & hoping to meet with our realtor this week, starting the 30 day shred today- I'd like to lose some serious weight, but have a smaller goal for the last weekend of July. I'm hoping to stop into the Summit for a workout too.

I "started" the 30 day shred a few weeks ago and ended up only doing it for about a week, after I managed to injure my back (not 30 day shred related) but I'm looking to get back into it.  Any chance you'd like to try to keep me accountable for it?  I feel like it really helps me to have someone to check in with!  I really need to get back into shape, and I especially need help with the strength training!

  • Sure! I'm hoping to stick with it too, at least for 3 weeks (that's how long I have it for from the library).  I was going to do it during naptime today, but I'm feeling like crap and think I'm going to sleep on the couch instead. :)  I'll do it tonight when the boys go to bed... I like that it's only 20 minutes so I shouldn't have the ability to make too many excuses!

  • Sounds great!  I am planning on grocery shopping then working out!  DH is going to be home late tonight so I can get it done before I start dinner!

  • Did day 1 today. It kicked my butt at first but by the end I felt good and thought I could do it for a bit longer.  :o/ not sure if that's good or bad.
