and then who knows
i also need inspiration.
This is awful but I didn't sit down and plan any meals for this week. As a result, we just went to the grocery store and wandered around. NOTHING looked appetizing. DH just got annoyed at me and got stuff he wanted to eat because I kept wrinkling my nose at everything. My appetite is really weird lately.
However, last night for dinner I ate a bowl of fresh cut pineapple and blueberries with whipped cream on top, and it was divine. If that helps
ETA: on the menu this week is sauteed turkey sausage and peppers over rice, that is as far as we got.

I only went to Trader Joe's this weekend so everything is easy stuff I picked up there.
Tonight: Sun dried tomato marinated chicken with gnocchi and sauteed zucchini
Tomorrow: Carne asada chicken on the grill with southwestern rice and corn
Wednesday: Garlic pepper marinated pork tenderloin with butternut squash risotto and brussels sprouts
Thursday: Penne with vodka sauce and a veggie
Friday: Pizza
Tonight- Mango salsa with shrimp sauteed in lime juice and pesto. I mix the shrimp with the mango salsa, stick it in the fridge for an hour and it's so good.
Tomorrow- Grilled turkey tenderloin with grilled veggies and cauliflower mashed potatoes.
Thursday- Bison burgers with sweet potato fries and baked eggplant breaded with panko bread crumbs.
That's all I have so far.
