Who watched TB?
I won't do any spoilers in the OP, so if you comment with a spoiler, put an alert up top for those who haven't seen it.

Anyhow, what did you think of last night's episode (just ep. 1, not ep. 2)? I wasn't a fan at first, because it wasn't what I was expecting, but I'm interested to see where it goes. I heard ep. 2 brought it back around to explain more and make more sense, but we're waiting to watch it until Sunday so we won't have a two week lag between episodes.

It was okay.
Book 4 was my all time favorite but they've already made a thousand changes so I'm trying not to set my expectations up too high.

I haven't yet, but I'm getting upset at all the things I'm hearing so far. I really hope this isn't another atrocious season like #2 was. Dammit.
This is how I felt throughout the whole beginning. I wanted it to be book 4, and it doesn't look like it will be anything close to book 4.
Season 2 was awful, but I'm not sure season 4 will be nearly as bad (it would take a lot IMO).
I'm just sad they're deviating so far from the book. I am obsessed with the books and I was hoping they'd stick to them like Season Uno and Tres. Oh well, it makes me feel a bit better that I'm missing the season, to be honest. I can wait for the DVD to come out at this rate.
I just watched it (both episodes). It was weird. I'm contemplating watching the last few episodes of season 3 to see if that's why.
I will say it's very easy for me to dislike Bill, and I was always a Bill fan.
Really? I've always kind of hated Bill in the show and the books. He's just so...boring? There's nothing alluring about him.
