Anyone have a good quick and easy dinner recipe? I am sick of eating the same things over and over again!
Re: easy dinner recipes?
That's a pretty broad request.
Anything specific. Chicken, beef, vegan, vegetarian, soup, fish??
Spaghetti is easy & quick
chicken pot pie, not necessarily quick, but it's easy & tasty
We pretty much eat anything, except I HATE steak. DH is a bit picky...he likes simple stuff and is a total meat and potatoes type guy. I love fish, but I have to stick to the low mercury ones while pregnant/nursing.
Thanks for the suggestions!

Please tell me more about this, buffalo chicken is all I ever want to eat lately
Ditto! That sounds delicious! I need to break out the crockpot more often...
Grilled anything. I love McCormicks marinades the meat can be ready for the grill in 30mins. Chicken, pork, steak, lobster, shrimp....
Pork roast covered in a mustard sauce and bacon. Yum! I use McCormicks for this too.
Smothered cheese burgers with mushrooms, onions and cheese sauce.
We get pinwheels from Publix that are really good. It is beef with cheese, spinach and mushrooms rolled into a pinwheel. You just bake them and they are great and easy.
Chicken - Cover in poultry seasoning, spray with lemon juice, diced onions on top. I bake with a little butter an onion in the pan. Bake on 350* for an hour.
Turkey Casserole - Cook ground turkey on the stove - season with your favorite spices. Add cream of mushroom/broccoli/celery soup. Pan fry some rice and onions, toss that in. Add in some vegetables (spinach, peppers, etc - sometimes I'm lazy and run water over frozen vegetables.) Mix everything and bake in a casserole dish on 350 for about 40 minutes.
Ravioli with sauce, spinach and cheese.
Baked ziti (always leftovers for lunch).
Mexican pizza or tacos
Chicken fajitas
Breakfast for dinner
Pulled pork in the crockport (lots of leftovers)
Chili
Homemade pizza, I buy the dough at publix.
Stir fry/Fried rice
Tacos/Fajitas
Corn flake chicken in the oven
Chicken with stuffing and cheese inside
Grilled Cheese and tomato soup
Last night, i chopped up an onion and a pepper and sauteed with ground turkey then added a jar of spaghetti sauce
Polish Sausage and pierogies
I LOVE this recipe:

We make it every week. Make/marinade the night before and all you need to do it grill and make rice the day of. Super easy to make and so delicious!
Married Bio
Chicken Stir-Fry (you could also do beef)
Chicken pot pie - we had this last night and it was slammin'! My Hubs & Dad were raving about how good it was. You can buy pre-made crusts from publix. I also use cream of mushroom instead of cream of chicken.. I also put frozen spinach in w/ the veggies. So I use one bag of frozen mixed veggies and one box(?) of frozen spinach. I boil those while the chicken is boiling.
Unstuffed Peppers - We eat this a few times a month. so good! I use turkey sausage or chicken sausage
