I have called 3 agencies in my area to come in and give quotes for a bi-weekly deep clean. I have a small home (1275 sq ft), 3 bed, 2 full baths (but we don't use one, it is just H and I), a small living room/dinning combo and a kitchen. I will note also that I have all hardwood and/or tile floors, no carpet if it makes a difference. What do you think would be a good rate?

Re: Cleaning Service Rates
Most places will charge you one rate when they first come out and do a detail/deep clean then the return price is usually cheaper. You can pay anywhere from $100-$175 for the inital cleaning then maybe 65-85 or so for cleanings after that.
Some factors would be the frequency, the city and state that you're in, the size of the cleaning company and how the company charges...flat rate or hourly rate.
You're definitley doing the right thing by getting several quotes.

I think a lot of it depends on your area. My parents pay $75/cleaning for their almost 3,000 square foot 5 bed, 3 bath house. I just hired someone and am paying $75/cleaning for my 900 square foot 2 bed 1 bath house. Granted, I'm going with an actual company (they hired a friend of my now-deceased grandma). I live in a higher COL area.
Like the PP said, I'm paying more for the initial visit but that's my monthly rate.
