Apparently, I am out of both peanuts AND peanut butter (what?) So chicken satay is a no go tonight. So now it's flank steak with bloody mary salad. I know you were all dying to know this!
Monday - Steak salad & garlic bread
Tuesday - Greek Lemon Chicken Soup (trying a new recipe) & Spanakopita
Wednesday - Enchiladas & Rice
Thursday - Pasta? (Still deciding)
Friday - Turkey Burgers, Salad & Sweet Potato Fries
