LOL! For some reason, when ever you mention anything about your mysterious job, all I can think of is you walking about with an ear piece, wearing dark sunglasses, dressed in all black in some super secret agency

DH - helicopter pilot and full time aviation soldier in the Army National Guard. Nopt exactly sure what he does in his new position at the new facility he work at. I know he's one of the high ranking people there.
ha! It's definitely not that glamorous. I used to tell the board all kinds of crazy stories from my polygraph days but I moved on from that back in April of last year so I have nothing fun to share.
Me - lab b!tch for the USDA. I sort of do genomic research on cattle but really I'm an underpaid core DNA sequence lab manager that manages myself and gets blamed for everything going wrong. Can you tell I'm having a bad morning? I'm about ready to quit right now
DH - official title Project Manager but he basically does a little of everything at a scientific software company.

Dani - When I first started at LG, the manager there had a husband who worked in Viginia or Maryland (?) for a gov't company that was extremely secure. He wasn't allowed to bring his cell phone into work and, when he first started, he was escorted everyone, including the bathroom. The manager was trying to get a job there so she could join her husband and she said that people came out to talk to people that she knew about her.

lol sounds real familiar except, luckily, I don't need an escort to go anywhere since I'm cleared. There are tons of people in the buildings every day who aren't cleared and need an escort. I'm not allowed to take any electronic recordable/transferrable equipment into work so that means no cell, no ipod, no kindle, no flash drive, etc. We can't even throw a piece of paper in the trash. It all has to be burned. It sucks but I understand. FB wasn't blocked a few years ago but once everyone and their mother (literally) started using it, it quickly became banned because people wouldn't get any work done.
I'm a little late, but...
I'm a Social Worker. I work as a child and adolescent therapist for my main job, but I do some contract work as an in-home therapist. I also have an on-call shift with a psychiatric hospital where I go to the local emergency rooms and assess patients that may need to be placed in a psychiatric facility. The people I come across there! Wow, keeps me entertained;)
DH, even though he has a graphic design degree, he works in a lab that tests water for the EPA (that's all that I know=). He hates it, but can not find a job in his field, so as of right now, we are just happy he has a job!
