Renting a Condo in Arlington
I have posted about this issue before on the nest and you guys always give great advice so hopefully you can help me with my latest question!
My dh and I have decided to sell our home in the surburbs to move closer to the city. We think we want to just rent a condo but we are having trouble finding options b/c we are so limited in time to look and have some specific requirements (e.g. we have 2 dogs). Are there realtors that can help us find a rental? Does it cost to use one when you are just renting? If you guys have any recs on realtors that would be great too!

You can get a realtor for renting. It does not cost you anything. My realtor is awesome - michaelputnam.com. Michael or his wife Beth are great. Tell them Kathy and Greg sent you. There are some DC nesties on the board as well, DawnMichie I think is one. Hopefully they will chime in.

Our realtor specializes in Arlington, and I'm pretty sure DH met her when he first rented a condo in Arlington - I think she listed the condo for the owner? She's a great resource.
