As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: My day job is being advertised!
I can't believe I've been working for my organization for 7+ years now ... longer than teaching. Wow.
But my job is up for grabs on USAJobs.com now, which is really, really exciting to see. My last day is in about 3 weeks then it's off to the crazy world of self-employment.
If any editors are looking for work it's job announcement # 11-1920-HQ-MD-D (Writer-Editor). Just a word of warning, though - it seems that the only people ranking high enough to get recent jobs here have bonus points from foreign service or veteran's status, so if you have neither, I wouldn't take it personally if you don't land an interview. Thank goodness that wasn't the case when I applied.
