Registry Review
Those of you that know my full name (some of you I'm not friends with on Facebook still might know by process of elimination), would you mind if and when you have some time, taking a look at my registries (BRU and BBB) and tell me if there are any necessities I am missing?
I'm starting to panic a little because I know my shower invites are going out this week, although I still don't know the date.

Jess - I just looked at your BRU registry and mine was/is very similar - the neptune playgym was a hit with my 2 nieces so I registered for the same. I also registered and received Graco pack n play and travel system after reading tons of reviews.
I think you did a great job!
also, I registered and got the eurotub but it was too big so I exchanged it for the Summer infant right height center tub. It has a removable infant insert as well as a built in removable stool to sit on. It will fit her until age 2.
finally, two words: video monitor.
how many people are you having? that doesn't seem nearly enough stuff on there to me. (ps i just figured out from someone elses facebook your last name. stalker city).
I didn't have the swaddle blankets you mentioned LD but I will add them. I had some Swaddle Me and a Sleep Sack.
and Lachute there are about 85 being invited. Since it's summer I'm thinking closer to 50 will actually come. And it seems small to me but I feel like I have a lot of expensive stuff.
We decided not to register for the breastfeeding stuff, but now I'm wondering if that's a mistake? I feel strange asking for a $300 pump.
Add the pump, even if you don't get it you can then use the registry discount to get it. I'd also add some early feeding stuff like spoons, bowls etc. If you decide you don't need some of the stuff you can always return because after you have the baby you'll realize some of the stuff you need that you didn't think of before.
yes, i love registry stalking! i'll def check yours out, but i did want to add a comment about the pump. i personally wouldn't get it, i just feel like its a wildly expensive item that you may never end up using. after the baby comes, rent a pump, see how much you actually use it, and then maybe consider investing in one. I exclusively pumped for almost a year, and i rented the whole time (didn't buy one bc our insurance covered the cost to rent due to the preemie thing)
I used my coupons and registry discount to buy the pump and used giftcards I received at the shower, in the end i paid 50 bucks out of pocket for a freestyle.
i did receive accessories for my pump bags etc. which was nice.
