Name a few things on your ?bucket list?: go to Salzburg, Austria (where my parents met while in a study abroad program), visit all 50 states, adopt at least 1 child 5 Places You Think People Need to See before they die: both the West and East Coasts, a tropical beach, Disneyworld, a foreign country If you had no strings attached to where you live now, where would you move to: Boston Biggest life change since the wedding: getting Maggie... our life changed big time shortly after the wedding when David unexpectedly was offered a full time position and then we bought a house and moved to the coast... but Maggie was definitely the most work and biggest change in my daily life and outlook on life When you were 5, what did you want to be when you grew up: a teacher or an artist Name 1 thing you miss about being a kid: sleeping nearly as much as I wanted. What is your favorite time of day: bedtime snuggles with the puppies (right now, we get Dexter out of his crate and spoon on the floor for a while, and then Maggie has a regular bedtime routine as well) and then in bed with David when he's home Who lives in your household (include babies/pets/crazy in-laws): well me of course, David, Maggie the chocolate lab, Dexter the gimpy black lab/chow mix, and Thaddeus the cat (and though Pong our exchange student has gone home, we still call his room "Pong's Room")

How many kids do you realistically hope to have- if at all? Are you working on it yet? If not, when would you like to start?: 3 I think. I only want to have one pregnancy... and adopt the rest. We don't plan on starting for at least 4 more years, and all we will probably do is stop preventing. If nothing happens, that's fine and after David is done with med school we will move forward with adoption. What is your go-to food when you have had a bad day: pesto on ravioli What is your signature dish/favorite food to make: hearty macaroni, Kate's oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies, lazy enchiladas Favorite Mindless TV Show to Watch: anything on HGTV or the DIY channel, especially Yard Crashers Biggest Fear: losing someone I love Biggest Pet Peeve: when people slow way down on highway 101 to look at the view... it's quite dangerous to go 15 on a highway, bozo! pull over and look at the ocean, or better yet just keep driving and faster! it will still be there 10 miles up the road! If you could go back and re-live one moment in your life, what moment would it be: when we walked out of the church after the wedding and there were still people cheering outside, or our wedding toasts (we don't have a wedding video, so that would be something special), or the early days with Maggie when she was itty bitty If you absolutely HAD to switch jobs/careerpaths, what would you choose as a new job (pretend you don't need any furthereducation-SAHM doesn't count for this one): I would want to be one of the big wigs that designs and implements educational policy at the state and/or federal level. What's the one object (not person) you cannot live without: my Droid What was your favorite toy growing up: Polly Pockets!
