Turkey Meatloaf Recipe?
Anyone have a good one? I have a package of ground turkey staring at me in the fridge and I'm not in a burger mood...
any other great ground turkey recipes?

Our favorite.
mix 1 egg, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 sleeve whole wheat ritz crackers, 1 package italian or ranch dressing mix
combine with turkey meat, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
i just make it like regular meatloaf, but use ground turkey : )
it's good with sliced avocado (after you cook it, on top)

My DH loves this recipe. I usually make it with ground beef and breadcrumbs but it's great with turkey also.
