Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

facebook and those spammers on the nest
Is anyone else experiencing wonky facebook'ing since we had the spammers here on thenest.com ?

Facebook is the only website that I am using that I am seeing any problems with it. I knew that it was a leap in wondering if it had anything to do with the spammers because I'm not being redirected to a website or getting pop ups.
Problems I'm experiencing:
I can't search for friends by typing in the space at the top of Facebook
I can't "like" anyone's statuses
I can't click on my account to log out without having to do so twice. The first time I click it brings up my account information page.
I can't type a status.
etc etc
I am using Google Chrome on the Mac. I will uninstall and re-download it. I'll let you know if it resolves the Facebook glitches.
I re-installed Google Chrome and I am still having the problems.
I tried Safari and had no problems.
Thank you for letting me know to check the browser. I hope that Chrome corrects itself. Is there anything I do on my end to fix it?
Not that I'm aware of, but I'm not very tech savvy. In my experience, if uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work I get my H to deal with it lol. I'm glad you got it to work on a different browser though.
