Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

2200 Pay cut

I am so mad.... My boss just came into the office after I asked her about getting full-time holiday hours for the holiday (I went full-time a couple of weeks ago) and told me what I would be making for a salaried position instead.... While I am fine with being salary, I am not fine with the $2200 pay cut I would be taking to be salary! When I said something about this to her, she did some math equation on her phone and showed me I would be making more... but um... NO! It in some weird sense comes out more...... but to me it doesn't make sense.... So pissed off
